1. Formation – The General Body will be formed by combining lifetime member, patron member and general member.
2. Meetings – The general meeting of the General Body can be called once a year and a special meeting at any time as required. Information of extraordinary meeting will be given 1 to 24 hours in advance by writing or any means. Agenda will be issued for information in which the reasons for calling the meeting will be mentioned.
3. Notice period – Information of general meeting of General Body at least 15 days ago and special meeting will be reported to the member 7 days ago.
4. Quorum – The presence of 2/3 members out of the total members for the supply of general body will be valid.
5. Special Annual General Meeting Date – The annual session of the institution will be held once every year in month of June.
6. Rights and Duties of the General Body – • To constitute management committee.
• To accept the income and expenditure of the previous years by the management committee and to provide a recommendation of expenditure for the coming year.
• To appoint an inspector for income inspection.
• Putting authority over the complete records of the institution.
• To accept the resignation of the members and fulfill the vacancies.
